How long does it take to deliver an order?

All products that are presented in the store are in stock. They are shipped to you within one day from the receipt of the order. Delivery by courier in the United States is carried out within 24 - 48 hours from the receipt of the order. Delivery time around the world depends on the region in which you live, usually the order is delivered within 7-10 days before your post office. In order to somehow speed up the delivery time, where possible, mailing is carried out by air mail.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel or there is not enough goods in my order?

If the postal parcel with your order arrives damaged, or the goods that you ordered are missing, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problems.

How much will I have to pay if I resend the order?

If, when sending the order, you made a mistake in the contact details and we had to resend your order, you will pay only the actual postal expenses. No fines are provided.

How confidential are your items?

Our shipments are completely safe for your reputation. We do not write about the contents of the parcel on the package or elsewhere. Departure is impossible to enlighten or otherwise find out about its contents.

Our online drugstore offers two shipping methods:

EMS shipping. Estimated delivery period is 5-7 business days.

Registered AirMail. Estimated shipping period is 2-4 weeks, normally it takes 2.5-3 weeks.

Delivery time may also depend on destination country. National and religious holidays may as well delay package arrival. Your order will be packed discreetly for your privacy and protection.

All products at our site are available to be shipped - that means we have them in stock and can provide them to you immediately. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours , most orders are shipped within 24 hours. All weekend orders, are dispatched on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped promptly!

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 10 business days for EMS and 3 weeks for Airmail delivery, you may use any of the following contact methods:

• submit a request on the web-site,
• use our Support Center web-site and submit a ticket after loggin in,
• or just call our support team and we will immediately find a solution to rectify the situation!
